Project Overview
Our client – a law firm with a growing number of cases and digital legal archives – required the establishment of a comprehensive cyber resilience framework to protect confidential client information, legal documents, and internal communication from modern cyber threats. The primary objective was to ensure reliable protection of sensitive legal data, secure access to the firm’s systems, and infrastructure resilience against phishing attacks, ransomware, and unauthorized access. The project included the implementation of multi-layered security mechanisms, encrypted communication, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), access control to legal documents, and centralized monitoring of network activity. As a result, a secure and resilient digital environment was established, protecting attorney–client confidentiality, safeguarding client data, and ensuring the continuity of legal services.
Challenges
Increased risk of leakage of confidential information and legal documents through email and cloud systems.
Access to sensitive client data from various devices and external locations.
Insufficient protection against phishing attacks targeting lawyers and administrative staff.
Limited visibility into access to legal archives, files, and internal systems.
Need to comply with regulatory requirements for data protection and attorney–client confidentiality.
